This is a new year

For all you veterans this is awake up call for some of you. This is a new year and there alot of newbiees coming to try and take your spots. Just because you started last year doesn't mean squat this year. So you all better be prepared to bring your A game to the try-outs and every practice because if I was a newbiee I would work my ass off to take your spot and I hope they do because that means our team well have much depth. I not only accept but encourage the competion for my job. And to all the newbiees if you want my job prepare to work harder than you have ever worked because I will retain it. So I challenge you all to be the best players.
